I smell gas. What should I do?
Leave the house right away. Do not use light switches, phones or anything electrical inside. Call your gas utility's emergency line or 911 from outside, then call us once it is safe.
Is there a charge to come out?
Yes - the service call is $129 and covers the first 30 minutes of work. After hours, the emergency call-out is $199.
How much is a new water heater?
A standard 40-50 gallon tank replacement starts at $1,650 installed; a tankless heater starts at $3,400. We confirm the price after a quick look.
Do you install heat pumps?
Yes. We visit first to size it for your home, then give you a written quote.
My furnace stopped. Anything to check first?
Make sure the thermostat is set to heat and the furnace switch is on, and check the filter is not clogged. If it still will not start, call us - in winter a no-heat call is treated as an emergency.
