No heat at 2 a.m.? No AC in July?
Answered before the kettle boils.
Describe the problem, your postal code and when you need someone. It qualifies, scores and offers a real estimate window in under a minute — then a person confirms the booking.
What your team receives.
The record on the left is the real one from your conversation above and fills in as you type. The facts it holds are checked, and the parts a customer could be misled by, the service area, the windows and the score, are decided in code, never by the model.

- the typed record: service, urgency, postal code and area check, timing, tier
- the customer's own words, quoted and marked as theirs
- the window they chose and the reference number
- a link to the tailored intake form they were sent
Also delivered as a JSON record to your CRM or Zapier endpoint when one is connected. If no window is chosen, a template nudge goes out the next day, at most twice.
Seven steps. None of them a guess.
The model writes the reply and fills a typed record. Anything a customer could be misled by — prices, times, service area — is decided in code, not by the model.
- 01New inquiry
Website chat, day or night, in any language.
- 02Replies in under a minute
In the customer's language, with the right tone for the urgency.
- 03Qualifies
Service · postal code · when · a photo if it helps.
- 04Area check and score
Done in code, not by the model. HOT, WARM or COLD.
- 05Real estimate windows
Only slots the business actually has open.
- 06Record and notify
Typed record by email, and into your CRM if connected.
- 07Follows up
A nudge the next day if no time was chosen.
Safety first
A gas smell or CO alarm stops the intake cold: leave the building, call the utility or 911. The record is flagged so the team sees it first.
Never invents
Prices are typical ranges from the business's own list, never a quote. Arrival windows come from the schedule, never from the model. Out of area is said plainly.
Scored, not just captured
Urgency, area, timing and contact details add up to a lead temperature, so the team calls the right people first.
Most inquiries wait hours. Some never hear back.
Harvard Business Review audited 2,241 U.S. companies with a web inquiry each. Firms that made contact within an hour were about seven times as likely to qualify the lead as those that waited even one more hour, and more than sixty times as likely as those that waited a day.

Straight answers.
What it does, what it never does, and where the information goes.
Is the chat on this page real, or a recording?
Real. Every message goes to the same engine we deploy for clients and the record above is built from your conversation. The business, its phone number and its price ranges are fictional.
Does it book the job?
It offers windows the schedule actually has open and records the one the customer picks. A person confirms every booking before it is final. Nothing is promised to a customer that a human has not agreed to.
What does it never do?
Quote a price (only a typical range from the owner's own list, or none at all), promise an arrival time outside the offered windows, keep qualifying after a gas smell or a CO alarm, serve outside the area, or act on its own.
What happens with a photo?
It is downsized in the browser, sent once with the next message, described in one line for the technician, and never stored. Only the one-line note stays on the record.
Which languages?
It answers in the language the customer writes in and records the language on the lead, so the person who calls back knows what to expect. Try the French or Punjabi prompts above.
Where does the information go?
Messages and photos go to Anthropic, a US-based AI provider, to write the reply, and the notice is delivered by an email service. Records are deleted after the retention period the business sets. A client's privacy page says all of this.
Can it work with what I already use?
It arrives by website chat, contact form, email or text, and hands every lead over by email and, when connected, as a record to a CRM or a Zapier or Make workflow. It is one script tag on an existing site.
